SUBJECT: SWGC: Grenfell Gallery hosts round-table discussion by sculptors on their experiences building careers in the visual arts

Sir Wilfred Grenfell College Art Gallery will host a public round table discussion on Building a visual arts career in Atlantic Canada — specific issues and challenges for sculptors on Thursday, Nov. 10 at 12 noon in the gallery, located in the Fine Arts Building on the second floor. Participants will include St. John’s artist William Gill, whose exhibition NightDay is currently on view at the Grenfell Gallery, Halifax artist Leah Garnett, and Newfoundland artists Gerard Kelly and Jason Hussey. All are welcome.
