SUBJECT: SWGC: Annual Christmas reading at Grenfell College

This year’s annual Christmas Reading is titled Wee bring the best of Newes, devised and directed by Dr. David Freeman.
The annual Christmas Reading features the Grenfell English Department, and, this year, theatre student Colin Furling.
The reading will take place at 1 p.m.in the Fine Arts Theatre of Sir Wilfred Grenfell College, Tuesday, Dec. 6. It will run for a little under an hour. There will be a pre-show musical warm-up by Ivan Emke starting at 12.45. All are welcome and admission is free.
The title is taken from one of the poems on the program, a sonnet by the Scots poet William Drummond of Hawthornden, published in 1623.
