SUBJECT: Second annual art exhibit and sale by Memorial alumni artists
DATE: November 4, 2005
This could be your opportunity to pick up a special piece of art by an emerging artist. An art show and exhibit will be held on Thursday, Nov.10, from 7:30-9:30 p.m. At this event, which is free to the public, guests will have the opportunity to view sketches, watercolors, acrylics and more, all created by Memorial alumni from the Division of Lifelong Learning Art Program, the Sir Wilfred Grenfell College Fine Arts Program, and the Faculty of Education art courses. A number of these pieces will be for sale (cash only).
The event will be held in the Royal Trust Atrium at the Faculty of Business Administration building on Memorial’s St. John’s campus. Free parking is available in lot 16A.
The event is sponsored by the St. John’s branch of Memorial University's Alumni Association, the Office of Alumni Affairs and Development, and the Division of Lifelong Learning of Memorial University of Newfoundland.
