SUBJECT: Memorial University entrance scholarship benefits from concert

A percussion recital tonight at the Petro-Canada Hall will help raise money for an entrance scholarship at Memorial University’s School of Music.
Alumnus Andrew Dunsmore will perform tonight at 8 p.m. Proceeds from the concert will support the Gower Youth Band Entrance Scholarship.
Mr. Dunsmore has just completed the master of music program at the University of Toronto and is beginning his career as an emerging talent on the Canadian percussion scene.
Tickets for tonight’s concert are $10 and are available at Provincial Music, Gower Street United Church, and at the door.
