SUBJECT: PSA: Lecturer to examine the Canadian economy

As part of Memorial University’s International Speakers Series, the Centre for International Business Studies is pleased to announce a special presentation by Craig Wright, vice-president and chief economist, RBC Financial Group. Mr. Wright’s presentation is titled An Outlook on the Canadian Economy: The Global Impact and will be held in room B-4000 of the Business building, on Memorial’s St. John’s campus, on Nov. 9. The presentation starts at 10:30 a.m.and will examine how Canada's role in the international community is becoming increasingly vital for expanding business opportunities. Mr. Wright will explore the implications that these and other developments will have on the ability of local businesses to compete in the global market. All are welcome to attend this free presentation. Refreshments will be available from 10 a.m.in the faculty dining room, B-4013.
