The St. John'sPublic Lectures in Philosophy series continues on Tuesday, Feb. 22, with a lecture by Dr. Natalie Beausoleil, Community Health, Faculty of Medicine, Memorial University of Newfoundland, who will speak on Fat Hatred and Body Fascism. The lecture starts at 8:30 p.m. at the Ship Inn, Duckworth Street, St. John’s. All are invited to attend.
The St. John's Public Lectures in Philosophy is an informal public lecture discussion series, with an emphasis on the intrinsic value of a critical examination of assumptions and presuppositions.
