Friday, 23 Jan 2026	Deadline for submission of Work Term Objectives. Complete the form and upload online in MyMUNLife.
Friday, 27 Feb 2026	Deadline for submission of Work Term Report Outline. Complete online in MyMUNLife.
Friday, 1 May 2026	Deadline for Mid-Internship Status Report. Students to provide update to ASM-CE regarding Work Term Objectives.
Friday, 28 Aug 2026	Graduate Internship ends and deadline for submission of the End of Work Term Feedback Form and Work Term Report.
Wednesday, 9 Sept 2026	Academic courses begin for Fall Semester

• Work Term Confirmation Form: Complete this form in MyMUNLife during the first week of work.
• Work Term Objectives: Submit by the required date above.
• Work Report/Presentation Outline: Complete this form in MyMUNLife by required date above.
• End of Work Term Feedback Form
• Only use if you cannot complete the emailed version.
• Complete electronically by downloading the blank form to your computer to enable the digital signature feature at the end of the form. Once completed, the student must email the saved PDF to coopeng@mun.ca and copy (cc) their Supervisor.
• Non-Disclosure Request Form: This form is used by any student submitting documents that contain "confidential" material.
