Spring 2025 Convocation will be held May 27 to May 30, 2025 in St. John's at the Arts and Culture Centre. 

Registration for Spring 2025 Convocation is closed. The deadline for students to register via self-service, to attend convocation in St. John's, book academic dress and request guest tickets was May 6, 2025.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Extra Guest Space

We are delighted that so many graduands and guests are choosing to join us for Convocation ceremonies this spring!

Auditorium seating has reached capacity for all sessions. There will be an overflow viewing room in the MMaP gallery. The MMaP gallery is located within the Arts and Culture Centre,  where we will live-stream Convocation ceremonies for guests without tickets. Space is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis.  

To reserve an extra guest space in the MMaP gallery please email convocation@mun.ca and include your name, student number, and session in the subject line by Friday, May 23 at 9:00 a.m. Graduands will be notified of the outcome of their request prior to their assigned Convocation session.
