A call for faculty and staff volunteers will be made via Newsline. Keep an eye on Newsline for further details!
Participation on stage in the University Procession
Faculty and staff may participate in the University Procession and sit on stage during our Postponed Convocation Celebrations, space permitting.
Faculty and staff who wish to attend a specific session as a part of the procession must submit a Faculty and Staff RSVP Form. Only the forms received by June 13, 2022 will be considered.
If participating in the University Procession, please arrive at the Mary Brown’s Centre (MBC), 50 New Gower Street, at least 45 minutes prior to the start of the session. Upon arrival, you will be directed to the location of the “Green Room”. Appropriate academic dress is required. Those who do not own academic dress will be provided with a black gown and University hood. Gowns and hoods must be returned directly after each session.
Information on parking at the Mary Brown’s Centre can be found here.
If your plans change and you can no longer attend, please advise us by emailing convocation@mun.ca.
