Pharmacy Research Day 2020
Keynote about COVID-19 anti-viral therapies and vaccines headlines Pharmacy Research Day 2020

COVID-19 antiviral therapies and vaccines are the hot topics for the School of Pharmacy’s Research Day key note address, SARS-COV-2: The Virus That Stops the World, with Dr. Rod Russell of MUN's Faculty of Medicine.

Pharmacy Research Day, Friday, Nov. 27, 2020, celebrates advancements in healthcare collaboration, drug discovery and delivery, health outcomes and teaching and learning research in pharmacy.

This year we've scheduled our annual research day to coincide with Memorial's university-wide Research Week, Nov. 23-27, 2020, with all activities taking place online.

Undergraduate students, graduate students, and pharmacy residents involved in research activities in the last academic year take part in the day's events, which include a research poster competition and mini-presentation.

Judging panels will evaluate all posters remotely, and winners may be selected for one of several awards.
