Important message from School of Pharmacy MTS Clinic
Please be advised that the Medication Therapy Services Clinic will be closing indefinitely as of 4 pm on March 18, 2020, in accordance with public health guidance regarding COVID-19. While we provide an important service, it is not essential at this time and we are doing our part to “flatten the curve” by encouraging everyone to stay home.
New referrals and patients who have self-referred after March 17, 2020, will be contacted to arrange an appointment once we reopen. We will continue to follow public health guidance to determine when the appropriate time will be to reopen.
Clients who are currently enrolled in our smoking cessation program will be contacted by our clinic to arrange for telephone follow-up, as appropriate.
Patients who have already been seen in our clinic may receive a telephone follow up call by the pharmacist or pharmacy student involved in your care over the next week, if deemed necessary.
Please do not visit the clinic for any reason (e.g. to pick up letters, supplies, etc.) unless you have called ahead and have been specifically told to do so.
Our priority has been and remains the optimal health and safety of our patients, students and staff. Stay well and we look forward to seeing you when we reopen.
