Student Enrolment & Retention Plan

Memorial University is developing a new Student Enrolment and Retention Plan (SERP) inclusive of all campuses and levels of study that will support recruitment and retention enrolment objectives. The President’s Executive Council (PEC) approved a work plan that will oversee the development and implementation of the plan.

The anticipated implementation date is fall 2025. Aligning student enrolment and retention goals with Memorial’s strategic plan will position our university for success and create an environment for sustainable advances.

A phased approach has been developed for the consultation process, with each phase reviewed and approved by PEC.
