Mitacs Internships

The Centre for Social Enterprise offers graduate business students at Memorial University the opportunity to apply their skills and knowledge through Mitacs Business Strategy Internships (BSI) focused on social enterprise. These four-month placements provide a valuable opportunity to engage in meaningful, community-based work while driving innovation in the sector.

Internships are hosted by social purpose organizations across Newfoundland and Labrador. They are designed to foster innovation and applied research within the social enterprise sector. Students will contribute to real-world projects that help advance the missions of social enterprises while gaining valuable experience in community-focused work.

Each student will receive a stipend and work under the guidance of a Memorial faculty supervisor.

This is a unique opportunity to make a difference while building your professional portfolio in the social innovation space.

Opportunities are posted once per semester. If no positions are currently listed below, please check back later for updates in the next posting cycle.
