We work with Memorial’s Faculty of Business Administration to provide student consultants for local social enterprises.

Senior undergraduate students assist on social enterprise-related projects, specifically designed to meet the needs of partner community organizations, in exchange for experience that helps the students hone their skills and explore future career paths.

Organizations are required to provide a clear and detailed project description. We will support you to prepare a project description, which must be challenging enough to obtain academic approval. Previous projects have included reporting on local assets as entrepreneurial opportunities for a local community; designing and implementing surveys to assist in organizational rebranding; and evaluating income diversification potential for social enterprises.

This program currently runs once a year during the winter semester.
