At its meeting held on December 1, 2016, the Board of Regents approved the adoption of a new Enterprise Risk Management policy which comes into effect immediately. The new policy and its related procedures are introduced to provide direction to the members of the University community on a coordinated approach to identify, assess, evaluate, and manage risks and to support decision making processes from a risk management perspective. The Enterprise Risk Management policy may be viewed at: http://www.mun.ca/policy/site/policy.php?id=295. The policy’s associated Implementation and Communication plans are being executed.
