Flexible Work Arrangements Policy Consultation Process
The Department of Human Resources is pleased to announce the proposed Flexible Work Arrangements Policy is now open for consultation in accordance with the university’s Policy Framework. Please note, this policy will replace Memorial’s Remote Work Guidelines for Non-Academic Employees. Members of the university community are invited to review the proposed policy, available here, and share feedback with the Policy Office at policy@mun.ca by Nov. 18, 2024. Board of Regents approves Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in Employment policy
At a meeting held on February 4, 2016, the Board of Regents approved the adoption of a revised Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in Employment (formerly Employment Equity) policy.
Diversity and inclusion dialogue series
Dr. Ailsa Craig will lead a discussion on Feb. 5, from 9:30 a.m. to noon in the Junior Common Room, R. Gushue Hall, on how to create more welcoming and accessible environments for queer and transgendered populations.
Capital Projects (formerly Capital Projects - Major) policy
At a meeting held on December 3, 2015, the Board of Regents approved the adoption of a revised Capital Projects (formerly Capital Projects – Major) policy which came into effect immediately.
