Privacy Statement

All information requested by the Parking Administration Program will be used solely for the administration and management of the program. Personal information is collected under the authority of the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015 (SNL2015 Chapter A-1.2) and is used for the purposes of academic administration, program planning, and human resource management. Passport Canada Pay Per Use Parking

To assist in resolving your complaint, query, or uploading money to your Passport Wallet, you will be asked to consent to Memorial University accessing personal information held by Passport Canada Parking. This consent form is available at the parking office.

Memorial may use your data for accounting and reporting purposes in accordance with your agreement with Passport Canada Parking. Their privacy policy can be found here.

The information is collected with your consent and in accordance with the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015. It will be used solely as described above or as authorized by law and held securely from unauthorized access.
