Enforcement
Parking enforcement is in effect 24/7, including evenings and weekends, year-round. There is no grace period at the beginning or end of each semester.
All vehicles parked on campus must have a valid parking permit or use a Pay Per Use parking zone.
To contest a parking ticket, individuals must follow the directions on the back of the ticket and submit the completed information to Provincial Court by the default conviction date listed on the front of the ticket.
If you provide the appropriate contact information, you will be notified of a time and place for your trial. If you appear, you will be heard.
If you fail to appear, the trial may proceed in your absence.
There is a 30-day appeal period to the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador (Trial Division) for decisions of the Traffic Court.
