Parking Permits 2025-2026

The online renewal application form is now live on the my.mun.ca portal.

Faculty and staff can apply for renewal in the same lot they are currently assigned and will be allocated as space permits.  Permit holders may request to be added to a different location through the waitlist process. This can be completed during the my.mun.ca payroll renewal process or by emailing parking@mun.ca. Employees will be contacted to move lots if space is available, and your permit rates will be adjusted then.

Payment via Payroll Deduction

  • Applications open April 1 - April 30, 2025. Permit total cost is divided between 15 equal bi-weekly payments from May 29 - November 27, 2025.

Payment in Person

  • Employees who wish to pay for their permit via cash, debit or credit in full can visit the parking office from April 21st to the 25th.

During the 2025 Canada Games (August 8 - 25, 2025), the Canada Games Host Society will use some permitted parking areas.

Permit holders will be reassigned to an alternate lot. A discount will be applied to annual parking permits at the time of sale to compensate for these interruptions.

More information can be found on the Memorial University Canada Games website.

If your dedicated permit area is fully occupied, please use your designated overflow:
