Newfoundland and Labrador’s repertoire of folk songs and stories is vast, but only a relatively small number of works from the tradition are performed in the province’s venues today. The goal of the Good as a Concert performance series is to celebrate the tradition and bring a wider range of songs and stories into circulation. Presented in a welcoming and informal manner, concerts and workshops in the series features some of the most respected artists working in the tradition today.
