The Autonomous Ocean Systems Centre (AOSCENT) is a collaborative node of the CREAIT network focused on providing autonomous solutions for marine applications, using gliders and other autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs). It provides services for academic and industrial clients by providing trained staff and state-of-the art equipment for marine research and application. AOSCENTs fleet of 9 gliders and other unmanned vehicles are applicable to a broad range of fields, including underwater acoustics, fisheries and aquaculture, climate and oceanography, underwater mining, and marine transportation.
