For Faculty and Staff
STEP 1 – Create your default Qualtrics Account
- Access Qualtrics through the following link: https://mun.qualtrics.com
- You will be prompted to log in using your Memorial login credentials. This will generate your default Qualtrics account.
- Note: At this point, you will not be able to access any features or functionality within the tool.
STEP 2 – Complete Memorial’s Terms of Use
- Memorial’s Enterprise Survey Solution Terms of Use must be completed:
- https://www.mun.ca/surveysolution/terms.php
- Upon receipt, the Office of the Chief Information Officer will promote your default Qualtrics account to Faculty/Staff permission levels. You will be notified by email when this access has been granted.
For Students
STEP 1 – Seek Approval
- A student’s access to Qualtrics must be approved by the student’s faculty or staff supervisor. To approve a student account and its addition to a survey project, faculty/staff members must complete this form:

STEP 3 – Complete Memorial’s Terms of Use
- Memorial’s Enterprise Survey Solution Terms of Use must be completed:
- Upon the Office of the Chief Information Officer’s receipt of your supervisor’s approval and completion of the Terms of Use, your default Qualtrics account will be promoted to Student permission level. You will be notified by email when this access has been granted.
