We want to inform you that as of September 11, 2024, Qualtrics services will no longer be accessible in Russia or Belarus. We are making this change in connection with applicable U.S. export control and sanctions laws, and in particular OFAC’s determination restricting the provision of certain information technology and software services to Russia and the Commerce Department rule prohibiting exports of certain software to Russia and Belarus. 

 

We also request that you please take the necessary steps to ensure that no individuals or entities from your organization are using our services in Russia or Belarus.
