Effective Immediately: Due to the increase in fraudulent medical certificates and other documents, patients living within an 80 kilometer radius of Memorial University requesting documents from the Student Wellness and Counselling Centre Medical Service must pick them up in person with a valid ID, 80 kilometers is in keeping with Memorial University’s in person examination writing policy.  Documents can be picked up by another designated person as long as arrangements have been made in advance with the SWCC front desk and this person brings identification.  Documents may also be mailed out through Canada post with mailing fees starting at $5.00 CAD. This does not include chart transfers.  Students living outside of the 80 km radius may continue to receive documents through secure email.
