The Office of the Associate Vice-President (Academic) and Dean of Students prioritizes the financial support of undergraduate students, ratified MUNSU clubs and societies, and academic societies in pursuing on-campus, co-curricular activities. 

Deadlines: 

• Winter Semester - Feb. 28, 2025 
  • Intake for activities taking place Jan. 1 - April 30, 2025

• Spring/Summer Semester – June 13, 2025 
  • Intake for activities taking place May 1 - Aug. 31, 2025

• Fall Semester – Oct. 17, 2025 
  • Intake for activities taking place Sept. 1 - Dec. 31, 2025
