In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the sudden changes to course delivery, the decision was made by MUN that for the Winter 2020 grades, a PAS or FAL (pass or fail) rather than a numeric grade could be an option for courses.

For the Fall 2020 term and beyond, all BSW and MSW social work courses (SCWK) will NOT offer a PAS or FAL as an option. All final grades will be a numeric value.

Note: BSW Field Practica (SCWK 3300; SCWK 4302) and MSW Field Internships (SCWK 6917) have always been and will remain Pass/Fail, as will the MSW Pathways Scholarship (SCWK 6417).
