As Senior Administrative Officer, Gina Billard provides proactive administrative leadership, facilitates strategic administrative planning, and manages operational and financial matters at the School of Social Work. Gina joined the School in 2013, having previously been part of the senior administrative team at Memorial University’s English Department. Gina holds a B.Sc. (Hons.), an MMS and an MBA from Memorial University.
