The Sexual Harassment Office offers a multitude of information to members of the Memorial community. The following information is aimed at encouraging a shared responsibility for preventing and mitigating sexual harassment and sexual assault.
As we continue to work towards breaking the silence on this issue, we encourage you to help reduce the barriers to reporting, promote a work and study environment that is free of sexual harassment and help shift societal norms from one of complainant blame to one of a shared responsibility.
Education and training
All members of the university community have a shared responsibility for prevention and intervention of sexual harassment and sexual assault.
