I am current pursuing my Bachelor of Engineering at Memorial University, and I am planning to major in Computer Engineering. I attended SHAD virtually in 2023, and it opened up many doors and new opportunities for me. This scholarship will allow me to commit my complete attention to my studies.

I am currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Science degree at Memorial University and I hope to pursue a career in Psychiatry. I attended SHAD Dalhousie in 2023, I am beyond grateful for all the experiences and opportunities that SHAD has provided me with. This scholarship will ensure that I can focus on my studies without any financial worries.

I am currently studying engineering at Memorial University, with the hopes of pursuing a career in biomedical engineering. In 2022, I had the privilege of attending SHAD at the Toronto Metropolitan University. That experience has given me so many opportunities. I attended SHAD at Carleton University in 2021 and am thankful for all the opportunities it provided me. I am currently enrolled in the B.Sc. program at Grenfell Campus, taking my prerequisites for the pharmacy program! I attended SHAD virtually in 2021 through Dalhousie. This scholarship allows me to focus my full attention on my studies, without added financial worries. 

I’m currently a BScN student at the Centre for Nursing Studies at MUN. I attended SHAD at Mount Allison University and I’m very grateful that it lead to many opportunities, including this scholarship. This scholarship will lessen my financial burden, which will allow me to focus on my current studies. 

I am majoring in behavioural neuroscience here at Memorial University. My current plan is to pursue a career as a neurologist or a forensic psychiatrist. This scholarship, along with the Shad program have vastly impacted my education and I am grateful for the experiences they have given me. 

I am currently pursuing my bachelor of science (honours) in chemistry at MUN and aspire to study medicine in the future. I am very grateful for the SHAD scholarship that aids and motivates me to excel in my studies. This award has also inspired me to help others.

I am currently enrolled in the B.Sc. program and I am planning to go into healthcare. I attended Shad in 2020 and was in the Vega campus! This scholarship allows me to focus primarily on my education without the added stress of finances, for which I am very thankful.

My participation in SHAD at UBC was a highly rewarding experience, and I recommend SHAD to anyone who has the opportunity to attend. My participation in the SHAD program (McMaster) was a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend. This scholarship will help reduce the financial stress of living away from home, and will provide me the opportunity to focus on my courses and co-op responsibilities as I complete my engineering degree.
