Drs. Kim Cullen and Dianne Ford are leading a project to address the current knowledge gaps regarding the relationship between workplace strategies to protect workers from exposure to the COVID-19 pandemic and their effects on measures of worker health and safety, working conditions and productivity.
The influences of remote work and standard work arrangements implemented to protect workers from exposure to COVID-19 on worker health, safety, and productivity will be examined using a longitudinal study design.
This work is part of a developing program of research on worker health and wellbeing amid COVID-19, filling several gaps in knowledge in efforts to protect worker health and safety.
