The Public Engagement Postdoctoral Fellowship (PEPDF) is offered by Memorial’s Office of Public Engagement (OPE) in collaboration with a Memorial faculty member or academic unit and participating external/public partner  organizations. 

The Public Engagement Postdoctoral Fellowship helps to meet the goals and objectives of Memorial’s Public Engagement Framework and provides opportunities for faculty members and recently qualified PhD graduates to contribute to research and learning on topics of mutual interest to external collaborating organizations (public partners) and the University. 

Faculty members must contribute at least 50% of the postdoctoral candidate's salary and 50% of mandatory employment related contribution (mercs).
