Wellness Navigation
Your well-being matters
Sometimes the hardest part is starting the conversation. In Nursing, you’re caring for others every day – Ken Reid is here to help you care for yourself, too.
“If you – or someone you know – could use a little extra support, I’m here.” – Ken Reid
Ken Reid, BA, BSW, MSW, RSW – our Wellness Navigator – brings years of front-line and clinical social-work experience to the Faculty of Nursing. Known for calm, confidential support and quick navigation to the right resources, he also integrates animal-assisted moments with his golden retriever, Bodhi, drawing on his dog-training experience to create gentle, structured interactions that can lower stress, lift mood, and make starting a conversation easier – especially during busy clinical and exam periods.
