Summer Pediatric Research Student Teaching Curriculum

During the summer, the JPRU Faculty hold weekly teaching sessions for research trainees who are doing research placements and work terms in pediatrics. 

Topics include:

                -How to write a research question
                -Research Design and Methods
                -Introduction to Qualitative Research
                -How to apply for funding
                -How to write a research paper
                -Introduction to Quality Improvement Methods
                -Ethical Considerations in Pediatrics
 
Each teaching session is followed by a round-table discussion of the students’ research projects and progress.
