This award is presented to the Emergency Medicine faculty member who has made outstanding contributions in the Discipline of Emergency Medicine, under the core academic pillars of Education, Leadership, and/or Discovery. The award will be determined by the Chair in consultation with EM colleagues.

The educator will have had a significant impact on the EM Undergraduate teaching program at Memorial. Full and part time EM faculty are eligible to be nominated.
Best Emergency Medicine Resident Grand Rounds
This award is presented to the Emergency Medicine resident who delivers the best Grand Rounds during the year, as voted on by EM faculty. Presentations are critiqued based on topic selection, content, delivery, and resident knowledge of the topic. Full and part time EM faculty who attended the presentations are eligible to vote.
