Dr. Proton Rahman
Biography
John Lewis Paton Distinguished University Professor, Memorial University and Chief of Rheumatology, Newfoundland and Labrador Health Services.
A clinician-scientist whose laboratory focus is on the genetic epidemiology and pharmacogenetics of complex rheumatic diseases. Also, a clinical interest in prognostic studies and advanced therapeutics in psoriatic arthritis and axial spondyloarthritis. Received numerous honors, presented multiple keynote addresses nationally and internationally, and is an associate editor for the Journal of Rheumatology.

- Real-world studies in complex rheumatic diseases
