Professionalism and Mistreatment
Working in an interdisciplinary team can be interpersonally challenging. To ensure that we maintain a safe and respectful learning environment please bring forth any mistreatment and/or professionalism concerns that you have so that we can help you resolve them in a timely manner. Please refer to the Faculty of Medicine Professionalism and Mistreatment Resources for Postgraduate Learners webpage for specific information. Our Internal Medicine Residency Program Leadership, including the chief residents, Program Director, Residency Program Committee members, or any trusted faculty are available to help you navigate this process. Additionally, there is an independent ombudsperson available if you would prefer to speak with someone outside of the IM Program.
