Stat 6561 Categorical data analysis
Description
This course will present the statistical methods for analyzing categorical data, including conditional and unconditional logistic and Poisson regression, stratified tables, matched pairs analysis, polytomous response, and ordinal data, analysis of multi-dimensional contingency tables and log-linear models. Applications in biological, biomedical, epidemiology and social sciences. Students will use R for statistical analyses.
