Ashley (Settler, she/her) is the assistant registrar dedicated to the Labrador Campus and the University’s partnership with Nunavut Arctic College.
Ashley is a two-time graduate of Memorial with a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Education (post-secondary studies). She is passionate about the student experience and has worked with learners during every step of their Memorial journeys. Her graduate studies built on this work and focused on student services, development, and success.
In her professional career at Memorial, Ashley has worked with students from varying backgrounds across many programs in previous roles in student recruitment, academic advising, international exchange coordination, and registrarial services.
As assistant registrar, Ashley is a liaison for the Office of the Registrar with the Labrador Campus and Nunavut Arctic College partnership. Her role provides support with developing and navigating programs, policies, and academic regulations for success. She looks forward to learning about and incorporating the unique lived experiences and ways of knowing among the diverse populations that the Labrador Campus serves.
In her spare time, you can find her hanging out with her dogs or on a mission to find the best cup of coffee in the St. John’s area.
