IT Procurement is required to add electronics product recycling fees where applicable.

EHF charges + HST will be included in the cost of the electronics item on the requisition. A summary of fees is outlined at the link below.

Recycling University-owned Electronic Equipment

If you have university-owned electronic equipment to dispose of you need to complete a Declaration and Disposal of Surplus Assets form. Facilities Management will arrange for the removal and disposition of the item(s).
