Ms. Dove is a leader in assurance and risk advisory services bringing over 20 years of experience earned across multiple industries. Ms. Dove’s work history includes working with a diverse set of businesses, not for profit organizations and governments throughout Canada, USA and Australia to develop effective risk management practices. Prior to moving back to the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, she held a position as Senior Manager in a Global firm delivering comprehensive risk based audit and advisory services to a large portfolio of clients. This experience has provided a unique understanding of how fostering an effective culture is key to achieving success of an organization that is accountable to multiple stakeholders.

Ms. Dove holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Acadia University, is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and holds a Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA). Ms. Dove oversees the Office of Internal Audit at the university. Passionate about good governance, she is an active member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and has recently completed a three year term as the President of the Institute of Internal Auditors of Newfoundland and Labrador where she holds a position on the Board of Governors.
