Traditional music is an important aspect of social life in Conche. Local musicians frequently gather to play for events and celebrations. Gerard Chaytor plays a few different instruments, but favors the accordion. This accordion tune was taught to him by his father.

Gerard then talks about and sings an original song entitled 'Place of My Birth.' Instead of playing the accordion, for this one, he strums a guitar. These songs were performed outside his home in North East Crouse, near Conche.
