In addition to the transcripts and letters of recommendation, and a maximum one-page statement of your research interests, the School of Graduate Studies also requires applicants to submit a sample of their research, preferably in the form of an master's (M.A.) thesis, honours essay, or paper presented in an undergraduate or graduate class.
