History Department

A mid-day party was held to honour the many years of service from departmental administratior Fran Warren. With staff, students and faculty present, Department Head Terry Bishop Stirling recalled Fran's long term commitment and service to the department. As a key administrator in the department, Fran ensured that everything from teaching plans to travel claims were moving forward. Many regard Fran as the "heartbeat" of the department, and as somebody who cared about the people she worked with. Fran spoke at the reception, saying she would miss most of all working with the many people she met over the years . 

Congratulations Fran on a fine career and best wishes for a happy retirement!!
