Melanoma is the deadliest form of skin cancer. When detected early, melanoma is highly treatable. Know your skin. Perform a self-exam each month. You can even ask a partner or friend to look at your back and scalp. Should you come across any indicators outlined in the following ABCDE table provided by the Canadian Skin Cancer Foundation, promptly share them with your healthcare professional for immediate attention.
