Facilities for Hire
Room Hire/Conference Facilities
Faculty/Students on a program have full use of the conference facilities free of charge but must pay the Program Faculty fee.

Please note availability may be limited due to external bookings.
St. John’s Hall
St John’s Hall is our main lecture hall and is situated in a converted Victorian School House.
This facility can accommodate up to 30 delegates in either conference or theatre style seating.
For Private parties the total number of guests should not exceed 60 at any one time.
Lord Taylor Room
The Lord Taylor Room is our main conference room utilized within Harlow Campus.
This facility can accommodate up to 10 delegates in conference style or up to 15 delegates in theatre style seating.
Bookings include tea/coffee facilities on arrival and at pre-arranged times during the hire. Resources are included and available with prior arrangement.
Both facilities are equipped with a screen allowing access to HDMI. The use of personal devices are recommended to operate the screen however, Campus equipment can additionally be utilized.
If the use of computer equipment is required, please discuss this request at time of booking to allow ideal preparation time.
External Hire
For event hire, please contact harlow@mun.ca providing the following;
- Event Date/Duration
- Number of guests
- Occassion of event
- What facilities will be required? e.g seating/equipment.
