Room Hire/Conference Facilities
Faculty or Staff on a program where all students are residing on Campus, have full use of the conference facilities free of charge but must pay the Program Faculty fee.

St. John’s House
St John’s House is our main lecture hall and is situated in a converted Victorian School House.
This facility can accommodate up to 30 delegates in either conference or theatre style seating.
For Private parties the total number of guests should not exceed 60 at any one time.
The hourly rate charged for meetings and conferences is:
£38.50 not inclusive of VAT
St John’s House can also be hired for parties, wedding receptions, day events etc. The cost for the hire of St John’s House for any event is:
£175.00 (half day)
£285.00 (full day)
A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking; the price includes time to set up/clean down.
Lord Taylor Room
The Lord Taylor Room is situated in the Maltings building behind reception.
This facility can accommodate up to 15 delegates in conference style or up to 20 delegates in theatre style seating.
The hourly rate charged for meetings and conferences is:
£27.50 not inclusive of VAT
The Lord Taylor Room can also be hired for conferences, day events. The cost for the hire of the Lord Taylor Room for any event is:
£125.00 (half day)
£205.00 (full day)
A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking; the price includes time to set up/clean down.
Both hourly and day rates include tea/coffee and biscuits on arrival and at pre-arranged times during the hire.
Resources are included and available with prior arrangement.
We can setup either room in advance and cater for many infomation platforms including OHP, projector, TV, DVD, VHS, PowerPoint, Zoom, Youtube, USB sticks etc.
