The Department of Gender Studies at Memorial University invites applications for a tenure-track position, at the rank of Assistant professor, in the area of Black Feminisms. The position will begin July 1, 2024 on St. John’s Campus. We are seeking candidates that have a PhD in hand by the time of appointment, an active research agenda, and a strong record of teaching experience in the field of Black Feminisms in Canada, the US and/or Global Black Feminisms.
