Clear and actionable business and user requirements are the foundation of successful projects, enabling teams to deliver solutions that meet stakeholder needs and drive organizational success. This two-day, hands-on course equips participants with the skills and tools to effectively collect, elicit, manage, and analyze requirements in various business environments.
Participants will explore proven techniques for engaging stakeholders, uncovering explicit and implicit requirements, and translating them into actionable documentation. Through interactive workshops, real-world scenarios, and group exercises, they will learn how to prioritize and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring alignment with business goals and user expectations.

Morgan Lee
Morgan Lee joined Memorial University's Faculty of Business Administration in the Fall 2023 semester as an instructor in Project Management. Prior to joining the Faculty of Business Administration, Morgan graduated from the Masters of Technology Management program at the Marine Institute. Morgan is a PMI-certified Agile Project Manager, an IIBA Certified Business Analysis Practitioner, and a Project Management Specialist for Nasdaq/Verafin.
Morgan has more than 20 years of Project Management and Business Analysis experience, primarily in telecommunication, software development, and Information Technology, and has worked with several organizations and consulting firms in Canada, the United States, and the UK.
