Understand how to enact personal leadership strengths to inspire leadership in others and bring a synergy of collaboration and accountability to your organization.

Leadership has widely been recognized to be the most significant factor in an organization's success. Many organizations, however, are pressed to manage the daily affairs of the business and do not take time to develop personal and organizational leadership. This is often compounded when individuals find themselves in leadership roles without ever having participated in leadership development. For any organization, investing in leadership development is valuable time spent. This leadership development course provides a framework for leadership, and teaches language that supports a culture of leadership and strengthens relationships among team members.

Legacy Leadership(TM) is a simple but powerful model for answering two fundamental leadership questions: "Who are leaders?" and "What do leaders do?"
