From navigating email basics, to more advanced features such as encryption, planning delivery times and embedding polls, participants will explore ways to use email more effectively. In this interactive session, participants will be guided through the use of key software tools and features in a step-by-step fashion, resulting in practice and application of most MS Outlook tools. Participants will leverage the organizing power of email and calendar settings, while customizing their MS Outlook environment so that it works more efficiently.
With features like emailing, scheduling, calendars, reminders, contact management and more, Microsoft Outlook is a key business skill to master.

An early adopter of generative and agentic AI, she has designed and led AI certification programs for Prosci, the global leader in change management research and methodology, and teaches practical AI courses for workplace audiences.
Betsy has delivered tens of thousands of hours of facilitation and training across manufacturing, financial services, health care, non-profit, and more. She holds an Executive MBA and the CCMP, MCMP™, and PCACP credentials. Her work focuses on helping people adopt and use AI effectively through a change management lens that supports sustainable implementation.
