Mindfulness and Positivity

Mindfulness has been proven in Positive Psychology research to be an effective strategy to manage anxious thoughts and cultivate positive behaviours. Mindfulness is the practice of focusing your attention on the present moment; accepting it without judgment or resistance. It's about taking one mindful moment at a time.

Gardiner Centre partners with industry and governments to organize events to disseminate current business acumen to the community. We organize special events and seminars and often arrange guest speakers. Gardiner Centre partners with the Project Management Institute to support the annual Project Management Symposium and works in collaboration with organizations, to conduct outreach to the broader community through workshops and events around the province.
